You will oversee targets, budgets, market analysis, and team performance to ensure high customer satisfaction, while managing, developing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

- Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution
・Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
・Drive new market entry and expand Drive new market entry and expand existing accounts.
Revenue & Target Achievement
・Set and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.
・Manage budgets and optimize market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management
・Build and sustain strong dealer relationships.
・Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Analysis
・Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
・Identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
Team Leadership
-Structure and lead a high-performing sales organization.
-Recruit, retain, and develop talent through training and performance
▪ Define KPIs, manage by objectives (MBO), and track results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
・Partner with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, to align efforts and maximize impact.

- Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of management experience within the mobility or finance industry
・Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
・3+ years of experience in data management and analysis
・Strong financial literacy
・Master's degree
・Valid Valid driver's license
・Business trips: 2-3 times per month domestically and 2-3 times per year internationally
