The organization collaborates closely with major automotive manufacturers worldwide and operates engineering and development centers across multiple regions.
In Japan, the company maintains R&D facilities dedicated to advanced sensing technologies and intelligent driving systems, supporting global development programs in the field of ADAS and automated driving.
In this role as a System Validation Engineer for Driver & Occupant Monitoring Systems, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of next‑generation sensor-based automotive systems. You will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and environments for camera- and radar-based functions, performing validation across multiple platforms and reporting results that support project success. The role involves technical collaboration with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and OEM partners.

- 1. Test Strategy & Specification
・Analyze system requirements and work closely with system engineers to create complete validation strategies for camera and radar functionality.
・Develop, maintain, and manage clear, reusable test cases for functions such as driver monitoring, fatigue detection, and occupant classification.
・Review test documentation with stakeholders to ensure correctness, consistency, and quality.
2. Test Environment & Execution
・Define and implement test environment requirements, maintaining validation environments such as HIL (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop) and vehicle‑level testing setups.
・Execute manual and automated testing according to the defined strategy and scope.
・Log and manage test results, non‑conformities, performance data, and metrics accurately.
3. Analysis & Reporting
・Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of issues detected during testing, providing detailed insight to support engineering teams.
・Collaborate directly with OEM teams on system tests and joint validation activities.
・Report deviations, propose corrective actions, and support completion of validation activities in line with project milestones.
4. Travel
・Occasional travel (approximately weekly day trips) to external test facilities as required for testing activities.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Experience: 3+ years of practical system testing or validation experience in the automotive industry.
・Test Automation: Strong test automation skills using scripting languages such as Python or C++.
・Tools & Protocols: Knowledge of automotive testing tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer) and in‑vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
・Analytical and problem‑solving skills using methods like FTA and FMEA.
・Experience with version control systems (Git).
・Knowledge of embedded systems (software and hardware).
・Familiarity with automotive process models such as ASPICE and the V‑Model.
・Japanese: Working‑level proficiency.
・English: Business‑level proficiency.
