In this role you will support the transition from prototype to mass production of electronic modules and assemblies. The organization produces complex electronic assemblies used in industrial and technical products. You will manage equipment introduction, optimize production efficiency, and apply engineering know‑how to manufacturing processes. The position is collaborative and analytical, interfacing with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to enable reliable and efficient production.

- Industrialization
・Manage introduction, development, and validation of production equipment and assembly lines during launch phase
・Design small tools and assess supplier proposals
・Conduct production line trials and process validation activities
・Participate in risk analysis tools such as PFMEA and Control Plans
Mass Production Support
・Monitor production efficiency using key metrics (quality, cost, delivery, and manpower)
・Propose and implement improvements to optimize equipment performance and reduce cycle times
・Provide technical support to production teams including training and structured problem solving
・Participate in structured production problem solving and quick response activities (e.g., SPV/QRQC)
Standardization & Compliance
・Apply and promote standard operating procedures across production lines
・Support compliance with internal safety and environmental guidelines and maintain workplace organization standards (5S)
・Identify safety or compliance issues and drive corrective actions
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
・Work with design, quality, and supplier partners to align production needs and technical requirements
・Support technical communication with suppliers for new equipment or tooling integration
・Participate as a key member of process design and improvement teams

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Bachelor’s degree in electronic components, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field
・Knowledge of electronic components and printed circuit board fundamentals
・Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical drawings
・English: Business level
・Japanese: Conversational level

- ・Strong problem diagnosis and analytical skills
・Experience or understanding of testing needs during new product introduction
・Experience with test engineering or board design is a plus
・Knowledge of electronic circuit board technologies
・Understanding of surface‑mount technology (SMT) processes
・Previous experience as a test engineer in electronics manufacturing
