A major automotive supplier of technologies such as lighting, electronics, sensors and autonomous driving systems.
This role is responsible for leading design solutions for complete devices, assemblies, and components within development projects. Acting as the key technical interface for Japanese customers, the position translates customer requirements into structured inputs for global engineering teams while supporting project execution, design validation, and technical coordination.

Support project execution by aligning on quality, cost, and timeline targets with project managers and cross-functional teams
Review and validate design solutions, including CAD models, simulations, and validation activities
Contribute to technical problem solving and ensure design quality through risk assessment and engineering standards
Provide technical leadership locally and support collaboration between Japan and global teams

- 応募資格（必須）
- Strong experience in mechanical design using CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar)
Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and simulation/analysis tools
Experience in the automotive industry and involvement in development projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
Fluent Japanese and English language
