This role is responsible for customer quality activities for Data Communication Modules (DCM), acting as the key interface between the customer (JOEM) and internal global teams. You will lead quality issue resolution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

- Act as the main customer quality interface with Japanese OEMs
Analyze returned/failure parts and coordinate with global labs for root cause analysis
Lead issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution using quality tools
Drive corrective actions and ensure closure of quality issues
Conduct regular customer meetings to report quality status and improvements
Monitor quality data, trends, and KPIs (PPM, warranty, 0km issues)
Support audits, design reviews, and product development quality activities
Ensure FMEA, control plans, and processes reflect lessons learned
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to improve product quality

- 応募資格（必須）
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
3+ years experience in automotive or electronics industry
Experience in Quality / Engineering / Project Management roles
Experience working with Japanese OEMs (JOEM)
Business-level Japanese

Knowledge of IATF16949 / VDA 6.3
