You will lead and coordinate national sales activities to achieve sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies across the dealer network. The role oversees vehicle sales performance, stock management, and sales promotion initiatives, while monitoring market trends and driving corrective actions when needed. You will also lead dealer engagement and execute market-specific projects to support sustainable business growth.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Digital, and external partners to ensure integrated marketing plans that maximize impact and ROI.
• Oversee the development and execution of high-level communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and local market dynamics.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, prioritizing investments to achieve brand and sales targets effectively.
• Represent the Japan organization in strategic discussions with headquarters, agencies, and key stakeholders to influence brand initiatives and market adaptations.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, capability development, and excellence in execution.
<Product>
• Define and drive the overall product portfolio strategy for the Japanese market, integrating local market requirements, regulatory frameworks, and corporate business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management including strategic planning, launch execution, local edition adaptation, and phase-out in close alignment with global headquarters and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee comprehensive market and competitive intelligence activities to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential risks, translating insights into actionable product strategies and pricing models.
• Collaborate at senior levels with Marketing, Sales and external partners to ensure product offerings are well positioned, communicated, and supported to maximize market success and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
• Represent the product organization in strategic discussions with headquarters and key stakeholders, advocating for market-specific requirements and influencing global product direction.
