This role is responsible for providing technical support, customer consulting, and product implementation support for automotive embedded system solutions. The position focuses on customer-facing engineering activities, including both pre-sales and post-sales support, while also collaborating with internal sales teams and global stakeholders to support future business development and product planning initiatives.

- Provide technical consulting and proposal support for customers
Understand customer challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions
Conduct pre-sales activities including product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support
Support post-sales activities including HW/SW implementation support and troubleshooting
Collaborate with sales teams and domestic/global stakeholders to support business development and future product planning
Provide customer-focused engineering support from both technical and commercial perspectives

国内外のエンジニアや関連部門との技術的な調整・連携
顧客向け技術資料やレポートの作成

- 応募資格（必須）
- Experience or knowledge in embedded systems, middleware, or hardware development/support
Technical communication skills in Japanese for customer-facing activities
Strong motivation to proactively handle both technical and business-related tasks
Experience with debugging or supporting embedded systems
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
組み込みシステム（ソフトウェア／ミドルウェア／ハードウェア）に関する知識または実務経験
ソフトウェア開発、デバッグ、技術サポートのいずれかの経験
顧客との技術的なコミュニケーション能力
課題解決志向を持ち、自発的に業務を推進できる方
日本語での顧客対応が可能なコミュニケーション能力

- Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry
Experience with Linux, QNX, or other POSIX-based programming/debugging environments
Knowledge or experience with automotive network devices
Interest or motivation to use English in a business environment
自動車業界での業務経験
Linux、QNXなどPOSIX系OS環境での開発・デバッグ経験
車載ネットワークや車載電子システムに関する知識
技術営業、フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア、カスタマーサポートなどの経験
英語を活用した業務に対する意欲
