This company is a global automotive technology supplier specializing in advanced sensing systems, electrification, and intelligent mobility solutions.
The company operates internationally with strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with major OEMs to develop next-generation safety and in-cabin technologies.
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of an Advanced Level 3 (AD3) automation program utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies while overseeing multiple product lines and managing a large engineering organization.
You will serve as a key R&D leader responsible for technical direction, organizational performance, customer satisfaction, supplier management, and successful program execution from development through delivery.

- Program Leadership
・Lead the successful development and delivery of the AD3 automation program.
・Ensure achievement of project objectives related to quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.
・Drive program execution from development through customer delivery.
Organization & People Management
・Directly manage approximately 20 team members.
・Lead within a broader organization of approximately 300 people, including external stakeholders.
・Develop engineering talent and build high-performing teams.
・Support organizational growth and capability development.
Product Line Management
・Oversee and coordinate activities across four product lines.
・Ensure alignment of technical priorities, resources, and project execution.
・Balance business objectives across multiple development programs.
Technical Leadership
・Act as a key R&D reference person within the organization.
・Provide technical guidance and decision-making support.
・Support development activities related to ADAS, AI, and vehicle automation technologies.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
・Serve as a primary interface with OEM customers.
・Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
・Ensure customer expectations are understood and successfully delivered.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination
・Coordinate with suppliers and development partners.
・Align activities across engineering, program management, validation, quality, and customer teams.
・Support issue resolution and escalation management.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Strong experience and technical knowledge in electronics.
・Experience working on ADAS-related products or systems.
・Engineering background.
・Strong people management and leadership experience.
・Business-level Japanese.
・Business-level English.
