IT Administrator for Space Technology Team

Join an advanced technology venture company in one of the fastest growing industries in Japan, the space sector. In this role you will support IT administration for a team developing rocket technologies. By taking ownership of the role and developing new policies and procedures for IT operations, you will help to support a team working to advance the future of space technology development. Your role leading the development of IT will help the organization to securely manage a wide range of vendors, devices, and procedures to insure the integrity and smooth operation of the company as a whole.

    -Improve and maintain internal IT systems such as device management and controls.
    -Manage lifecycle and inventory of technology and devices.
    -Develop and implement security protocols and policies for the organization.
    -Coordinate and manage external vendors to support IT operations for hardware, software, and security.
    -Manage IT help desk tickets for the organization.
    -Develop department procedures, documentation, and workflow.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    -Experience in an IT support, administration, or relevant role.
    -A passion for driving projects forward and taking ownership of a project to build with a vision.
    -Experience or knowledge of IT documentation, cloud account management, and endpoint management systems.
    -General knowledge of security for IT.
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    -Strong experience developing security policies and internal controls.
    -Experience with IT security in an advanced technology field with zero-trust access environments.
    -Experience with Microsoft suite or similar software.
    -Experience with IT administration or similar in a new department or start-up environment.
    -English language ability is a plus.
