As a Technical Support Engineer, you will lead the deployment, support, and optimization of IT infrastructure and security solutions that enable advanced service technologies across customer semiconductor fabrication facilities and regional operations. You will work closely with product teams, engineering, customer support organizations, account teams, and customer IT stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology implementations that support business objectives and operational performance. In this role, you will provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from early product development and testing through high-volume deployment and ongoing support, while managing infrastructure readiness, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring compliance with IT and security standards. You will also serve as a key technical liaison between internal and customer teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system reliability, and leveraging expertise in Linux, Windows, networking, virtualization, scripting, and cybersecurity technologies to deliver high-quality service and support across global customer environments.
