Junior Product Delivery Technical Leader

A global automotive technology company specializing in cockpit electronics, including digital instrument clusters, infotainment systems, head-up displays, and domain controllers. Headquartered in America, they partner with major automakers worldwide to deliver innovative, software-defined vehicle solutions that enhance the driver and passenger experience.

This position is designed as a development path toward future Business Development leadership within the automotive technology industry.

Working directly with major Japanese OEMs, global executives, engineering teams, and product strategy organizations, you will develop both the technical and commercial capabilities required to drive future business growth.

The role initially focuses on building deep knowledge of automotive electronics, customer requirements, products, and market dynamics. As your capabilities develop, you will progressively take ownership of customer pursuits, pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and new business acquisition.

The position offers exposure to digital cockpit, IVI, displays, ECUs, AI-based solutions, and other next-generation software-driven automotive technologies.

    Engage directly with major Japanese automotive OEM customers
    Support customer and product strategy development
    Develop a strong understanding of the company's automotive electronics portfolio, technologies, and competitive advantages
    Analyze automotive market trends, customer technology roadmaps, and competitor activities
    Coordinate with global engineering and product teams across the U.S., India, Europe, and other regions
    Participate in customer meetings from working level through executive management
    Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-facing proposals and explanations
    Support technical discussions, RFQs, proposals, and pre-sales activities
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging automotive technologies
    Progressively take ownership of product and business pursuits
    Support design-in activities and program acquisition strategy
    Help drive customer programs through technical understanding and cross-functional coordination
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
    Native-level Japanese
    Business-level English
    Experience within the automotive industry, including Tier 1 automotive experience
    Solid understanding of automotive electronics systems such as cockpit electronics, displays, ECUs, or related products
    Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly understand new technologies
    Ability to explain technical concepts to customers clearly and logically
    Customer-facing and negotiation experience
    Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
    Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities
    Interest in developing a career combining technology, customers, and business development
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    Experience in technical sales, business development, application engineering, or another customer-facing engineering role
    Experience with digital cockpit, IVI, displays, DCI, or related automotive electronics
    Experience working directly with Japanese OEMs
    Understanding of automotive RFQ and program acquisition processes
    Experience preparing or explaining technical and commercial customer proposals
    Experience working with global product and engineering organizations
    Knowledge of software-defined vehicles, AI-based automotive solutions, or other emerging automotive technologies
