エンジニアリングチームマネージャーは、ソフトウェア、システム、および製品開発を担うエンジニアリング組織のマネジメントを担当します。
本ポジションでは、技術的なリーダーシップに加え、ピープルマネジメント、組織開発、プロジェクト推進をリードしていただきます。

ソフトウェアまたはシステムエンジニアリング分野の確かな技術バックグラウンドを持ち、高い成果を生み出す組織づくり、エンジニアリング品質向上、ビジネス成長への貢献を担います。
また、グローバルチーム、特にインドをはじめとする海外開発拠点との連携や、組織全体の継続的な改善活動を推進していただきます。

The Senior Engineering Team Manager will lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for software, systems, and product development activities.
This role combines strong technical leadership with people management, organizational development, and project execution responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a solid engineering background in software and/or systems engineering and will be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving engineering excellence, and supporting business growth through successful project delivery.
The role also includes managing global collaboration, particularly with offshore development teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

技術リーダーシップ/ Technical Leadership
⚫ 企画段階から量産まで、ソフトウェアおよびシステム開発を技術面からリードする/ Provide technical leadership for software and systems development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
⚫ ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ、システム設計、製品開発に関する技術的意思決定を支援/ Support technical decision-making in software architecture, systems engineering, and product development.
⚫ 技術課題解決、リスク管理、リソース計画および開発戦略策定を推進/ Lead issue resolution, risk management, resource planning, and development strategy activities.
⚫ 新規案件および量産プロジェクトの開発活動を支援し、品質・納期・コスト目標達成に貢献/ Support engineering development activities for both new and existing programs through mass production.

応募資格（必須）

⚫ ADAS、ソフトウェア、システム、Connectivity、自動車電子システムのいずれかにおける強固な技術バックグラウンド/ Strong technical background in ADAS, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Connectivity, or Automotive Electronics.
⚫ ソフトウェア開発、システム開発、または自動車製品開発における10年以上の経験/ 10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or automotive product development.
⚫ エンジニアリング組織のマネジメント経験5年以上/ 5+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
⚫ ラインマネージャーとしてエンジニアリング組織を率いた経験/ Experience leading software and/or systems engineering organizations as a people manager.
⚫ 複数のエンジニアリングチームを率いた組織マネジメント経験/ Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and organizations.
⚫ 製品開発ライフサイクル全体（要求分析、設計、開発、検証、量産）に関する理解と経験/ Solid understanding of the complete product development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, validation, and mass production.
⚫ グローバル開発体制およびマトリックス組織での業務経験/ Experience working with global development teams in a matrix organization.
⚫ インドを含む海外開発拠点との協業経験/ Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams, preferably in India.
⚫ 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力/ Business level communication skills in both Japanese and English.
