This position is responsible for developing operational strategies based on an understanding of users and markets through data.
The company operates through a complex set of operations, including Field Operations, which mainly patrols the market to replace batteries and reposition vehicles, Repair Operations, which performs regular maintenance on vehicles and repairs broken vehicles, and Customer Service, which handles customer service. The role of this position is to identify issues from various operational sites, understand the issues qualitatively and quantitatively based on customer feedback and data analysis, and develop optimal operational strategies.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Work with each operations team to understand operations structurally and quantitatively and identify issues for improvement
    - Design various operations metrics and create and monitor dashboards
    - After analyzing various data and examining strategies, support implementation into operations field operations (e.g., create dashboards and response policies)
    - Field Operations) Identification of operational issues and development of optimal operations based on ride data and operations data analysis (e.g., improving efficiency of battery replacement and vehicle relocation operations)
    - Repair Operations) Based on ride data and vehicle failure data analysis, Design of scheduled maintenance standards
    - Customer Service) Study of optimal response policies to customer feedback in user apps
  • Requirements
    ▪ 3+ years of experience in IT, platform-based companies, etc. Or, experience in strategic consulting work.
    ・3 years or more of experience in defining and designing acquisition of data needed to solve problems, and analyzing and executing quantitative business based on the data.
    ・Experience in creating dashboards and other data visualization.
    ・Ability to understand the overall picture of issues and logically Ability to understand the overall picture of an issue and design a solution method for the issue in a logical manner
    ・Mastery of database language (SQL)
  • Preferred
    -Hypothesis setting and testing skills, using knowledge of statistics; ability to proceed with hypothesis testing logically and quantitatively, including building AB tests and designing appropriate metrics
    -Software engineering experience, including data scientist
    -Knowledge of machine learning
    -Work experience in the mobility field
    -Work trial experience with Python
