As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with tire dealers in the Kanto area. You will work closely with the European headquarters and global team as part of a professional sales effort.
Your main goals will be to increase sales volume, increase market share, and increase customer satisfaction through product promotion to luxury car dealers, dealer support, and territory management.

- Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tire dealers and automotive-related companies.
Identify and introduce new distributor partners and expand market presence.
The company offers and promotes a wide range of products to its customers to build ongoing relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
・Visit dealers in the Kanto region (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, etc.) on a regular basis.
Provide product training, marketing assistance, and inventory management support to distributors.
Keep abreast of and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and territory analysis.
Work closely with internal departments (logistics, marketing, technical, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tire dealers and automotive businesses.
Identify and onboard new dealer partners to expand market presence.
Propose & promote a range of products to customers, ensuring ongoing relationships and satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits to dealers across the Kanto region (including Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, etc.).
Provide product training, marketing support, and inventory management assistance to dealers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

- -High communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Kanto region
-Business level Japanese language skills required
