Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Warehousing promotion
    ・Attracting service receipts
    ・Recall / Service Campaign Vehicle receipt promotion and management
    Preparing for Warehousing
    ・Confirmation of parts procurement before repair begins
    Reception / Service Advice
    ・If possible, check the vehicle and record the condition with the customer when it is available.
    ・Service advice to customers at the service reception bay
    Initial fault diagnosis (in some cases, with the workshop supervisor)
    ・While confirming the vehicle with the customer, create a checklist / repair estimate
    ・Communicate to customers about work, price, and completion date for orders
    ・Introduction of accessories and services provided/proposal
    ・Advice on post-accident damage
    ・Provision of substitute cars or rental cars to customers
    Repair Order Creation
    ・Creation of repair order
    ・Vehicle data, initial diagnosis results, flat rate, completion date, cost, and defect status explanation
    ・Allocation to warranty, goodwill, insurance, etc.
    Final confirmation
    ・Inspection/approval of invoices
    Final check, including vehicle and invoice checks
    Vehicle delivery and liquidation
    ・Explain to customers the details of work and invoices, settle the bill, and receive signatures
    ・Future maintenance and advice to customers
    ・Vehicle delivery to customers
    Follow-up Contact
    ・Follow-up contact (telephone, DM, email, etc.)
    ・Regarding the maintenance scheduled this time and the maintenance necessary in the future, we will promote the receipt of goods (re-approach call)
    Internal coordination
    Coordinate with appointment planners to secure alternative transportation options for customers
    ・Pick-up/pick-up to the delivery personnel / delivery instructions
    ・When additional work occurs, obtain the customer's consent and communicate it to the workshop supervisor and appointment planner.
    - Coordinating with workshop supervisors and appointment planners to coordinate workshop occupancy rates and service receipt bookings
    ・Instruct the parts department to ensure optimal parts supply
    Data Management
    ・Record customer and vehicle data in customer files (data)
    - Enter repairs that were not performed into the receipt history database
    Others
    - Observe the local market and competitors in the service field
    - Determine and process Warranty and Goodwill applications from a professional and technical perspective
    - Agree on payment terms with customers in accordance with internally agreed principles
    ・Ordering with outsourcing companies, negotiating delivery dates, and acceptance inspections
