Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Formulation, creation, and execution of project plans
    - Monitoring and follow-up on project plan achievements
    - Identification of issues related to project plan execution and leading issue resolution


  • Requirements
    - Over 3 years of project management experience in development projects
    - Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Redmine)
    - Management Skills: Planning, instruction, follow-up, correction
    - Technical Skills: Knowledge of development targets and processes
    - Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills: Hypothesis formulation, verification, root cause analysis, etc.
    - Communication Skills: Able to facilitate meetings and clear email and conversational skills for eliciting expected results
    - Tool Usage Skills: Understanding and operation of project management tools

    Preferred Skills:
    - Holder of PMP certification or understanding of PMBOK
    - Background in the aerospace, aviation, or consulting industries

    Desired Personality Traits:

    - Proactive and able to progress with tasks while seeking confirmation from superiors
    - Possesses a strong curiosity to proactively acquire necessary knowledge
    - Demonstrates persistence in solving challenging problems
