As Technical Project Manager for brake and vehicle motion control systems for electric vehicles, I serve as the technical contact point for customers, leading the global development team and driving product development.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Negotiate with customers and respond to technical inquiries
    Analyze customer requirements, manage schedules, and coordinate resources
    Project management in line with internal processes
    Collaborate and coordinate with global development teams including software, hardware, etc.
    Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including overseas to ensure project success Collaborate with various stakeholders, including overseas, to promote successful project implementation
  • Requirements
    - Project management experience (hardware and software project experience)
    - High awareness of process compliance including Quality Gate, regulations, etc.
    - JLPT N2 or higher...Able to verbally explain technical details to clients and communicate easily via email. English ability to switch to conversational English at any time.
    - English ability to switch to conversational English at any time OR Enthusiasm and ambition to continue learning towards TOEIC 600+.
  • Preferred
    - Experience working in the automotive industry
