This is a call center supervisory position for a global automotive manufacturer.
Electric vehicles are currently the mainstay of our products, and how to increase their sales in Japan is both important and a challenge.
The key is how to increase the number of touch points with customers and how to reflect customer feedback in products.
The appeal of this program is that it allows us to create and operate a cutting-edge sales model, utilizing the knowledge we have accumulated over the course of our careers and in the past.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for overseeing customer liaison, call center, and VOC management.
    -Call center management
    -Complaint response management
    -The candidate will be required to lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction
    by establishing a complaint response process, overseeing personnel, creating response management tools, etc.
  • Requirements
    - Customer service, whether domestic or imported
    - Customer service, even if not automotive
    - Call center experience
  • Preferred
    - Good communication skills
