Our main job is to propose semiconductor devices to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Aiming to propose solutions that make the most of added value, you will be asked to act as a coordinator of customer needs and supplier seeds, such as understanding customer systems, understanding future trends, planning sales expansion strategies, and developing products in collaboration with suppliers. In addition, there is also work to manage the development progress of customer systems after receiving business negotiations and orders, and to respond to various types of developed products (defects and specification changes). Acquiring knowledge about the electrification and electrification of various semiconductors and automobiles will be a rewarding job that will support future growth industries.

  • Responsibilities
    ・Deepen sales to existing customers: Deepen understanding of automotive electronic units, understand the essence of customer needs and problems, and carry out activities with an awareness of added value to customers through combinations of parts rather than individual parts.
    ・Interviews on customer system trends and proposals of Renesas products based on interviews (from strategy formulation ~ actual proposals)
    ・Discovery of new business opportunities and acquisition of business opportunities to achieve goals
  • Requirements
    ・Experience
    in customer handling in specific industries such as the automotive field, Achievements in corporate sales (experience in achieving sales targets),
    experience as a team leader (approximate: 5 years or more)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience working at
    a semiconductor trading company, sales experience
    in semiconductors, electronic components, or related industries, basic technical knowledge (at the level of understanding the types and applications of semiconductor products),
