We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team developing intelligent autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (AD/ADAS).
This position focuses on perceptual modeling and software development using AI techniques.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- In collaboration with other departments, development partners, and research institutes, both domestically and internationally, you will be entrusted with the following tasks in automated driving and driver assistance systems. In addition, you will also be responsible for local evaluation and development overseas.
Specific duties:
・Development of recognition technology using AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning
・Development of AI models and software for other vehicle prediction, action planning, and trajectory generation using machine learning and deep learning
・Software design and implementation of AI recognition algorithms (branch trimming, quantization, distillation, Implementation in embedded ECUs)
・Development of frameworks for training and validation of AI models and software (MLOps, construction of simulation environment)
・Development of data sets for training and validation of AI models and software (measurement of real vehicle data, generation of synthetic data)

Experience in research and development of recognition and control technologies using machine learning (at least 3 years in any of these areas)
- Sensing software
- Image recognition/object detection algorithms
- Object identification algorithms from sensor signals
- Sensor fusion algorithms
- Path control application of AI models
- End-to-end application of AI models from recognition to control End-to-End application
・AI model optimization
*Mobility industry experience not necessarily required
Preferably
- Knowledge and development experience of automatic driving and safe driving support systems, experience of embedded code implementation (more than 3 years of experience)
- Development experience of large-scale systems (more than 3 years of experience)
- Basic knowledge or working experience of sensors such as camera, radar, lidar and sonar
- Experience of privacy policy such as GDPR Knowledge and development experience
・Experience in development of mass production code for embedded systems, software testing, ASIL compliance, Automotive SPICELevel2 or higher
・Experience in functional evaluation of automatic driving/driving support functions using actual vehicles
