Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Responsible for simulation design and system development of piezoelectric MEMS devices (MEMS pumps/speakers/inkjet heads/sensors, etc.), working with the process team to fabricate devices and with the circuit team to complete device testing and verification
    - Piezoelectric MEMS devices ( Responsible for new device design, design improvement and reliability optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices (MEMS pumps, speakers, inkjet heads, sensors, etc.)
    ・ Research technology trends in piezoelectric MEMS device design and applications, and propose directions for development of new applications and how to realize them. You will be responsible for designing and improving the design of new devices and optimizing their reliability.
  • Requirements
    MEMS Device Design Expert Position
    Essential Requirements
    - Expertise in electrical/electronic engineering/physics/materials/semiconductor devices with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
    - 8+ years of experience developing MEMS devices (MEMS pumps / speakers / inkjet heads / sensors, etc.), especially the last 5 years
    Familiarity with the principles of MEMS devices (MEMS pumps / speakers / inkjet heads / sensors, etc.) and the fundamentals of testing and verification, familiarity with simulation methods for MEMS devices, and experience with multiphysics simulators (Comsol/Fluent/answers). Familiarity with MEMS device simulation methods and ability to develop devices using multi-physics simulators (Comsol/Fluent/ansys/MEMSPro/VoventorWare/MEMS+, etc.)
    ・Ability to accurately analyze, identify and resolve MEMS device defects and build device test verification platforms in collaboration with circuit and verification teams. Ability to work with circuit and verification teams to build device test and verification platforms.

    ■MEMS Process Expert Position
    Essential Requirements
    - Expertise in physics/materials/mechanical/electronics/semiconductor devices with a bachelor's degree or higher.
    - 10+ years of SAW/BAW or MEMS device process development experience, especially the last 5 years in SAW/BAW or Knowledge of issues and process equipment and key processes (thin film deposition/photolithography/etching/CMP/trimming/Deep-RIE, etc.) in SAW/BAW or MEMS process module development, with a strong understanding of fabrication critical manufacturing issues for piezoelectric, electrode, and dielectric material properties.
