This is a highly autonomous, strategic account management role, covering Japan and ASEAN markets in the OES (Original Equipment Service) and aftermarket space. You will act as a business owner managing the full product lifecycle (SOP to EOL), driving sales and profitability, engaging with Ideal for a commercially-minded, bilingual professional with experience in the automotive or aftermarket sectors. Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Manage product references across the full lifecycle from SOP to EOL.
Identify and act on supply chain issues and business opportunities.
Lead price negotiations with JOEMs.
Control overdue payments to remain under 0.5% of annual sales.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and mid-term plans.
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction (target 99% SR).
Launch and grow MAD business by identifying cross-industry applications of the firm's technologies.
Define and execute business plans and KPI targets.
Optimize collaboration with internal teams: PL, Sites, Shared Services, OEM Accounts, PM, Purchasing, Logistics, SC, Finance.
Support carmaker products post-mass production phase.
Regularly report on KPIs and performance (Service Rate, Sales, Earnings, Overdue).
Lead or participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

- Requirements
- 5-6 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
Strong business-level to native proficiency in both English and Japanese.
Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive mindset.
Valid Japanese/English resume submission.
