Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead product strategy, development planning, and profitability management for assigned product families.
    Own key business metrics including revenue, profitability, NPV, IRR, and opportunity pipeline value.
    Gather and analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) to identify market trends and guide product direction.
    Develop financial plans and ensure projects meet defined business and profitability targets.
    Initiate new projects, define high-level schedules and milestones, and lead cross-functional teams in alignment with internal stakeholders.
    Manage economic evaluations and business cases to ensure the product pipeline aligns with profit objectives.
    Create and execute marketing strategies to support global product promotion and business expansion.
    Respond to new product inquiries and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    5+ years of combined experience in the electronic components or device manufacturing industry.
    Proficiency in technical Japanese and business-level English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proven ability to launch new products successfully and achieve target profit margins.
    Strong understanding of product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
    Proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives, solve complex problems, and manage priorities independently.
    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
    Solid technical understanding to translate customer requirements into feasible design and manufacturing solutions.
    Strong presentation skills, able to clearly communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
    High responsiveness to customer needs with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
