In this role your work will be critical to the health of the company by ensuring the quality and smooth success of HR operations. Your duties will range from organizational strategy to human resource management, personnel evaluations, and more. You will use your expertise across a broad range to influence both the team and success of the company mission.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Core Missions:
Oversee personnel costs, variable bonuses, and headcount control, in collaboration with finance.
Handle salary-related administrative tasks.
Strengthen talent management processes (e.g., year-end reviews, talent reviews).
Advise and coach managers on HR-related issues, supporting them in their leadership roles.
Act as HR point of contact for all internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and policies.
Contribute to the execution of organizational strategies.
Ensure proper application of job grading and related compensation and benefits practices.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
Address and manage identified risks using appropriate tools.
Manage accommodations for employees unable to perform their usual tasks due to health reasons.
Implement and improve the Quality of Life at Work policy.
Foster positive relations with unions and manage employee relations according to the HR strategy.
Ensure adherence to HR administrative procedures, including attendance, overtime, and vacation management.
Ensure the accuracy of employee data across HR systems.

- Requirements
- -Broad understanding of HR operations in a variety of duties.
-Business level Japanese and strong English ability.
HR experience in a manufacturing or HR experience in a manufacturing or automotive role.

- -Extensive experience in HR at a business establishment with less than 200 employees
-Strong understanding of Excel and back-office programs such as WorkDay.
