We operate a “vehicle-seeking and cargo-seeking matching platform” specialized for the transportation industry, providing a mechanism to smoothly connect shippers and transportation companies and promoting business reform through the power of digital.
The system, which has supported transportation companies since its inception, is already one of the largest systems in Japan, but there is still room for expansion, and you can be involved in work that can have an impact on society by helping to improve operational efficiency and vacancy rates.
Building on the success of our existing services, we aim to expand into new business areas.
In the new business area of this position, we are in the process of launching services for BtoB related to finance and payments, and are looking for members to launch new businesses together with us.
On February 10, 2025, we are expanding our business partners and services by launching a new brand that offers one-stop management from invoice registration to settlement.
From the beginning of your career, you will have a wide range of discretion and will be responsible for planning new services, market fit, and subsequent service operation.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- We will entrust you with suitable tasks from the following, depending on your experience and skills.
-Market fit to business expansion sales support
- Analyze customer issues, extract value as a service, and market approach
- Study and implement corporate sales policies and methods
- Service Management
- Multi-service customer success support
- Supervise (supervise and manage) various review services
・New service planning and design
- Planning and review of corporate services
- Planning and review of customer credit screening/credit review/screening criteria
■Organizational Structure
Currently, the team consists of about 10 members, all of whom are experienced professionals in both business and engineering.
Within the team, all members have the initiative to complete all processes from planning to execution, transcending the boundaries between business and engineering, and are committed to speedy decision-making and execution.
