Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    A. Dealer Network Development Planning and Operation
    - Plan business strategy for the development of the Network.
    - Set up long-term and short-term strategic plans in network realignment based on the company's commercial targets.
    - In charge of all the Japan Network Process, Premises and People.
    - Implement latest Company Corporate Identity by coordinating Dealers with Local and HQ Architects.
    - Review and monitor Network Performance.
    - Monitor Dealer visit reports, Academy results and Network Status for proper development of the Network.
    - Develop and execute Network strategies for aligning with HUB/HQ.
    - In charge of Network Annual Fees (usage of Network Platforms)
    - Manage and monitor the Dealer Score Card.
    - Monitor and analyze the Dealer Finance Performance (BMS/Dealer Composite Program)
    - Responsible for the development and assessment of the network, as well as establishing a policy for the selection, management and evaluation of dealers in order to improve company sales and business. business.
    - Manage all the Network display promotion tools (Personalization, Configuration etc.)
    - Manage outsourced teams to Manage outsourced teams to proceed with Network Projects.
    - Update Network status in visible and accessible form.
    - Manage and Implement the Dealer Operating Standards guidelines including HR standards (audit the correct execution of requirements of People; Place and Process), monitor the fulfillment of the Corporate CI of the Network.
    - Manage and improve dealer operations through Dealer Experience Program (Mystery Shopping).
    - Manage sustainability projects in accordance with HQ.

    B. Business Development Planning and Operation
    - Prepare budget in short, mid and long term in accordance with HUB/HQ.
    - Prepare and finalize the Dealer Commercial terms and Incentive Schemes agreed with HQ. Prepare and finalize the Dealer Commercial terms and Incentive Schemes agreed with HQ.
    - Prepare the monthly Business review document with
    - Regularly acquire and update information of the latest commercial remarks of local competitors in line with HUB/HQ Market Template.
    - Keep abreast of 1) economic and business conditions with understanding of Macro and micro economic KPI and 2) Sustainability, Technology and Innovation as they impact Japan markets and understand the competition - and stay and stay a few steps ahead.
    - Sales related Reports analysis such as historic data of sales, order, stock, preowned, cancellation and any other relevant data.
    - Analyze HNWI and Luxury goods reports.
    - Manage and coordinate contents creation for proposals from FJP such as budget meeting, Dealer Annual Meeting for Japan etc.
    - Prepare monthly reporting related to brand segment registration performance
    - Manage pricing of vehicles and OPT including Update of 'Price Build Up' for new cars aligning with HQ/HUB.
    - Participate in events (marketing/ PR activities) when asked.
  • Requirements
    - University Graduation
    - Experience/knowledge in Automotive or luxury retail business sectors including Sales, Network, Business planning etc.

    - Collaborative with sales team members, HQ and other functions in FJP for cross functional work/coordination

    - Full Professional level of Japanese and business English language both in written and verbal forms.
