A logistics startup that provides outdoor automated transport services for closed environments such as factories and logistics warehouses that have achieved Level 4 automated driving. Established through joint investment by a major manufacturer of automobiles and mobility equipment and an automated driving software developer, the company will begin mass production of automated EVs in 2022, and has already begun providing services to customers in Japan at more than 40 locations.
Furthermore, the RaaS-type service, which packages installation support service, operation management system, maintenance service, and insurance, realizes an automated transportation service that can be applied to complex outdoor environments by converting a small EV based on a golf car and an automated driving system that is basically designed for public roads. The company is expanding its organizational structure with the aim of expanding and operating its services in hundreds of locations nationwide.
As a candidate for the position of Corporate Planning Manager, you will be the right arm of the management team to support the future rapid growth phase and drive the business growth with numbers as a weapon.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning
・Company-wide budgeting and forecasting
・Business strategy planning and management planning
・Promoting management decision-making based on KPI and financial figures
・Operation of meetings such as the Board of Directors and Management Committee
・Promoting problem solving in business and planning and promoting various cross-functional projects
Development of financing and capital policy
・Participation in EXIT strategy development
・Development of financing strategy and appropriate design and execution of capital policy
■Financial Accounting Reporting
・Financial accounting operations such as monthly, quarterly, annual non-consolidated, and consolidated closing
・Preparation of disclosure materials (preparation of financial statements, convocation notices, securities reports, etc.)
・Audit corporation support
・Reporting to parent company, etc.
・Accounting team management

- Requirements
- Experience in management accounting or corporate planning in a business company (3 years or more)
・Experience in leading decision making by involving stakeholders such as management and business managers
・Skills in organizing issues and solving problems using financial figures (including preparation of documents)
・Experience in finding issues by oneself and establishing and improving work flow even in an underdeveloped environment Experience in building and improving work flow even in an underdeveloped environment

- Experience in developing mid-term business plans and business strategies
・Practical experience in financial accounting areas such as closing of accounts, preparation of disclosure materials, audit corporation support, and ERP operation
