  • Responsibilities
    Planning and operation of core HR systems for grading, evaluation, and compensation
    ・Planning and operation of human resource development measures for management-level and next-generation executive candidates
    ・Definition of recruitment requirements to JD creation
    ・Selection of recruitment channels based on the characteristics of each position to execution and operation
  • Requirements
    Experience in HR planning and organizational HR of a business company, leading the planning and execution of HR measures involving management and business managers layers (3+ years)
    ・Experience in planning recruitment strategies and designing tactics utilizing all channels and executing tasks with numerical targets (3+ years)
    ・Experience in organizational HR consulting (3+ years) Experience in organizational HR consulting (more than 3 years)
  • Preferred
    Experience in launching new graduate recruitment
    ・Experience in team management
    ・Experience working in a start-up company
