Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Technical lead in web application development and operations
    -Planning and executing development roadmaps
    -Discovering cross-organizational technical issues and proposing and executing solutions
    -Conducting code reviews to improve team technical skills
    -Improving system performance, scalability, and security

    -Backend: Kotlin, Java
    -DB: PostgreSQL
    -Frontend: TypeScript, React
    -Mobile App: Flutter, Dart
    -Infrastructure: AWS, Firebase, GCP
    -Version control: Git/GitHub

    -Communication: Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
  • Requirements
    -3+ years of experience in web application development and operation
    -Experience in technology selection and architecture
    -Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
    -Experience leading or mentoring in team development
  • Preferred
    Experience in backend development using Java/Kotlin
    ・Experience in frontend, app, and cloud infrastructure development and operations
    ・Experience in identifying technical debt and developing and executing plans to resolve it
    ・Experience in team management, including training junior engineers
