You will play a crucial role in sales operations and commercial data tracking for the clear vision systems sales unit. Your work will be detail oriented and be vital in ensuring strong client relations, accurate sales data, and the reliable reputation of the team.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Oversee the sales planning and commercial data operations sales unit.
    -Coordinate and plan quotation processes.
    -Maintain client relationships and communicate data and necessary information to clients efficiently.
    -Develop an understanding of clients internal processes, decision makers, and products, and systems.
    -Negotiate with clients and customers, escalate and prepare for quotations and presentations to help smoothly progress negotiations.
    -Effectively oversee and coordinate: Order tracking, margin tracking and updates of piece prices and overdue invoices, strategic financial planning, and sales related inputs. and sales related inputs.
    -Check and prepare commercial price agreements, third-party agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Requirements
    -Hold a university degree related to engineering, business administration, or similar.
    -Strong negotiating ability.
    -4 years or more of experience in the automotive industry with in depth knowledge of JOEMs.
    -Strong knowledge of budget management and analysis.
    -Strong English and Japanese ability.
  • Preferred
    -Experience in budgeting and analysis relevant to your department.
    -Experience in SAP, Excel, or similar.
    -Experience communicating with oversea offices and manufacturers.
    -Knowledge of Value Engineering and Value Analysis (VA/VE) processes.
