HR Manager

As the Business Office HR Manager, you will strategically manage the overall HR area.
In this position, you will be responsible for strategic management of the HR domain, establishing smooth communication with employees, management, and the global HR department, and taking the initiative in implementing fair and comprehensive operations in line with laws and customs, managing the organization of management and managers from an HR perspective, and promoting necessary measures related to HR team development (human resource development). The position will be responsible for proactively promoting and leading the implementation of necessary measures from the perspective of human resources.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Incorporation of management and business strategies into organizational and human resource strategies - Planning and design - Promotion and recruitment strategy planning
    ・Design and review of overall human resource systems (recruitment, personnel allocation, personnel evaluation system, education system, compensation system, etc.) in response to changes in the business environment
    ・Planning and promotion of organizational development and human resource development measures and management of divisions
  • Requirements
    Strong in HR planning, recruitment, training, HR system, or labor relations
    ・Language skills: Business level Japanese and English (you will communicate with overseas headquarters in English)
    ・It literacy with the ability to compile data using Excel
    ・University degree or higher
  • Preferred
    -Experience working in foreign companies or overseas
    -Experience working in manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical equipment, etc.)
