Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・新製品開発ステップ、製造の工程管理
・内部監査、現場指導
・製品審査
・新製品の新規部品・材料の評価/承認
・既存製品の故障解析
・お客様への進捗報告
・Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix
・Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards : SPPC tracking sheet is used ? SPPC identification procedure is respected ? SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRFs
・Verify LLCs have been used and respected
・Update the quality documents following a product / process related change
・Verify with Purchasing the progress of Suppliers vs. project time-line and collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers
・Participate to Design review including suppliers design review
・Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic
・For P0 Major - Prepare PVC ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the PVC. Make sure that for each items requiring a decision from the PVC all the data needed are available
・For P0 Minor -prepare change management committee ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the committee
・Participate to the pre-FDPR and FDPR - collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQCs
・Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off
・Participate to the project QRQC and complete the assignments out of QRQC meeting on time
・Collect all the issues on a weekly basis to build the single list of issues
・Update the project quality tracking charts : Convergence graph …
・Along the Project QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied
・Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results
・Initiate QRQCs in the case of DV or PV test failures

- Requirements
- ・学士号以上（工学分野）
・品質保証または製造エンジニアリング分野で5年以上の経験。
・ISO TS16949等の品質システム規格の一般要求事項の理解
・語学力：英語および日本語での文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
・責任感が強く、結果志向で、自発的かつ積極的な姿勢。
・統計的手法および工程管理技術に関する基本的な知識を有すること。
・品質保証活動に関連するソフトウェアアプリケーションを利用できること。
・Bachelor degree or higher education in engineering field.
・At least 5 years experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering field.
・Understand the general requirement for quality system standard such as ISO TS16949.
・Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
・Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese.
・Basic knowledge of statistical methods and process control techniques.
・Ability to operate a personal computer and utilize software applications associated with Quality Assurance activities.
