You will build a strong documentation infrastructure to support business growth. You will establish and operate a management system for technical and regulatory documents for external submission, lead the coordination with the quality management system, and be responsible for the knowledge management of the entire organization.

- Responsibilities
- ■Design document structure, standards, and operating rules
・Design systematic structure, classification, and naming conventions for documents related to products, services, and internal operations.
・Establish quality standards, formats, and style guides for documents, and disseminate them throughout the organization.
∙ Design and build operational rules and workflows for creating, reviewing, approving, publishing, archiving, and decommissioning documents.
Flow management of publishing, updating, and decommissioning
・Strictly manage the process of publishing new documents, updating existing documents, and decommissioning documents that are no longer needed.
The document version management system (DMS) is designed to ensure that the most up-to-date and accurate information is always provided.
Promoting efficient flow operation by utilizing a document management system (DMS).
Cooperation with each department and audit
・Closely cooperate with each department, including development, sales, production, and legal, to understand document needs.
Provides appropriate guidance and support to document creators and users, and promotes the development of a document culture.
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure that the designed rules and flows are being properly implemented, and identify areas for improvement.
■Conformity Assurance of External Documents (Legal, Contractual, and Customer Requirements):
・To verify and ensure conformity of externally disclosed documents such as product manuals, terms of service, and privacy policies with relevant laws, contractual terms, and specific requirements from customers.
▪ Work with the legal department and relevant departments to ensure that documents are legally appropriate and reflect the company's obligations and commitments to customers.

- Requirements
- Experience in creating and managing technical and regulatory documents
- Understanding of public works correspondence
- Experience in operating a document management system

- Experience in supporting ISO acquisition
- At least 3 years of experience in QMS (ISO9000, etc.) operation
- Experience in document disclosure and coordination in public sector
- Knowledge of risk management
- Experience in document audit and corrective action
