Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Manual Testing: Execute comprehensive manual testing of our web applications using the provided Vercel deployment links to ensure each release meets our quality standards.
    Customer Communication & Quality Alignment: Actively communicate with customers to understand their quality expectations and align on the quality expectations and align on the minimal acceptable quality for features.

    Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing during release cycles to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. .
    Documentation: Assist in updating and maintaining test documentation, ensuring that testing processes and results are comprehensively documented.
  • Requirements
    - 2+ years in quality assurance or manual testing, preferably within web applications or SaaS environments.
    - Ability to understand the high-level architecture and functionality of complex systems.
    - Comfortable navigating and testing applications via Vercel deployment links.
    - Hands-on experience using GitHub for issue tracking and collaboration.
    - Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail to catch even subtle issues in user interfaces and workflows.
    - Fluent in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate findings clearly through detailed bug reports and effective collaboration with team members and customers.
    - Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and test case creation and execution.

    - Experience using Linear or similar product management tools is a plus.
