Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop and execute customer strategies for existing and new business opportunities with Toyota China
    Monitor competitive activities and implement defensive measures to protect business interests
    Collaborate with global teams to create and execute a 10-year strategic plan
    Drive growth strategies in collaboration with Toyota and leadership teams
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through early engagement activities
    Lead RFI/RFQ responses and manage commercial sourcing negotiations
    Craft compelling unique selling propositions and value statements
    Understand customer expectations and define internal targets to meet them
    Identify key stakeholders within Toyota China and develop strategies to win new business
    Lead and develop the China Business within the Toyota account, including HR cycle activities
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering
    Ideally 10 years of sales experience, including connections to Toyota in China
    Deep understanding of Japanese automotive OEM organizations and processes
    Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth
    Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
    Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
    Regular business Regular business trips to China
  • Preferred
    Ability to speak Mandarin at a conversational level
