Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Engage with applicants and oversee recruiting activities such as career fairs and onboarding procedures.
    -Maintain employee timecards and working rule arrangements according to the terms of their employment.
    -Create HR data reports and KPIs (attrition rate, internal move rate, etc.).
    -Maintain and keep updated confidential employee records.
    -Support local and overseas teams and develop strategies and activities to improve employee satisfaction rates.
    -Generate headcount for new hires in the organization.
  • Requirements
    -N1 level or native Japanese ability.
    -5 or more Years in general HR operations
    -Experience with recruitment for both new graduates and mid-career levels .
    -Experience with payroll and social insurance support procedures.
    -Experience with training and development programs.
    -Experience with data
    -Knowledge or experience with HR planning, management, and personnel analysis or budgeting.
  • Preferred
    -Experience with timecard systems.
    -Advanced English ability.
    -Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, or similar office tools and HR management software.
    -Effective working under tight deadlines and negotiating with management level personnel.
    -Proactive with a strong sense of business ethics.
