As a candidate for the marketing manager responsible for overseeing the promotion strategy of the cab app, you will be in charge of planning, operating, and analyzing comprehensive promotional measures utilizing mass media, digital, outdoor advertising, and other media. In addition to the ability to formulate strategies as a marketer, this position also requires the ability to execute and promote as a producer, and is a key to the growth of the business.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and promotion of promotional and user communication strategies

    Planning and execution of user acquisition measures utilizing TV commercials / outdoor advertising / digital advertising

    Design and optimization of media plans and measurement of effectiveness (PDCA)

    Developing the budget necessary for the measures and proposing and obtaining approval from the management team

    Negotiation and progress management with external partners such as advertising agencies

    Hypothesis testing and measure improvement based on user surveys (quantitative and qualitative)

    Management of marketing team (including human resource development and evaluation)

    Collaboration with related internal departments such as technical and business planning departments

    Design and implementation of medium- to long-term measures to promote brand recognition and usage
  • Requirements
    5+ years of marketing experience in a ゜ business company or advertising agency

    Experience in developing and executing media strategies both online and offline

    Experience in marketing budgeting and forecasting

    ゜ Experience in team management (3+ years)

The Growth Planning Group is responsible for the development of growth strategies and execution of a series of measures to resolve issues related to our cab app business for the toC market, from both a product growth and marketing communication perspective.
The Growth Planning Group, to which you will be assigned, does not simply lead specific functions or measures, but plans and executes a variety of measures to solve issues based on the overall business strategy and policies of the app. For example, we use a cross-functional style to promote the planning and development of loyalty programs, mass marketing to promote them, and CRM.
In this environment, we are looking for someone who can lead the entire process from problem identification to strategy development and execution, including proposal of product improvements, development of user communication strategies, planning, design, and implementation of online and offline promotion measures, and user surveys and analysis.
This is an important role that will contribute to solving social issues such as transportation problems from a product perspective, while working closely with other departments such as management, UX and technical departments, as well as external partners.
