It is a logistics tech startup operating a matching platform business connecting shippers and shipping companies, as well as a SaaS business supporting operational DX for shippers.
In the logistics industry exceeding 14 trillion yen, we will transform Japan's logistics by integrating our brand and nationwide sales network with the structure and products of our office business. Future social issues are directly linked to business growth, and this area attracts very high attention from investors and client companies. Due to its high growth potential, many investments from major corporations have been realized.

In addition to the matching platform business, the company has grown and expanded through the establishment of SaaS businesses, M&A, and alliances. In addition to these efforts, this position is the head of the New Business Division, which aims to launch and promote the next new business opportunities. It is expected to launch new businesses utilizing shareholders' existing assets.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・ Creating new business themes and building
    business models through hypothesis testing ・Establishing
    a business launch system involving internal and external stakeholders ・Forming
    external partnerships and alliances ・Formulating medium- to long-term strategies for the growth of launched businesses and implementing KPI design and measures to
    achieve them ・ Managing project forecasts and plural (PL)
  • Requirements
    ・Experience promoting collaborative projects
    with other companies or departments ・Experience in business responsibility (PL responsibility)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in promoting alliances such as
    M&A and business alliances at operating companies ・Experience in new business development
    ・Experience in
