Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead RFI and RFQ pursuits in acoustic systems for multiple major OEMs.
    Execute sound tuning for critical audio systems, while overseeing tuning signatures delivered by the customer team.
    Train, coach, and support engineers to ensure a high level of acoustical expertise within the OEM team.
    Monitor project planning, provide feedback on resource needs, and support long-term staffing outlooks.
    Serve as an authority in acoustic topics within product development.
    Support innovation, new concepts, features, and tools in collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders.
    Provide expertise to Product Management regarding technology roadmaps.
    Develop and document global best practices and tools for acoustic systems engineering.
    Contribute to business strategy and customer acquisition efforts in the acoustics domain.
    Represent the organization in international scientific conventions and conferences, through publications and active participation.
  • Requirements
    Master's degree in Acoustics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in the audio industry, automotive, or
    Advanced knowledge of transducer design, DSP, audio amplifiers, and psychoacoustics.
    Proven research and development experience demonstrated through publications, patents, or innovative product contributions.
    Expertise in defining and managing complex automotive
    Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical topics to varied audiences.
