The company, which has been providing multiple products loved by many customers based on its solid technical capabilities, is looking for a colleague to create new services by integrating with the ICT society.
You will be responsible for facility management (total management from planning of site and environmental strategies to resource management) at four-wheel R&D sites. You will be in charge of planning facility strategies to realize efficient R&D operations and environmentally friendly facilities such as energy-saving facilities.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning strategies for R&D site (related to new construction, expansion, renovation, maintenance, etc.)
・Establishing environmental plans in cooperation with infrastructure partner companies
・Proposing and promoting workplace environment improvements to introduce the latest technologies and to reform work styles
・Planning strategies related to R&D equipment introduction, etc.
・Investment and expense budget management for facility operations Budget management of investment and expenses for facility operation
*You will be in charge while communicating with R&D engineers, staff, and partner companies.

- Requirements
- Experience in planning and proposing research and development facilities (buildings, etc.) and employee workplace environment creation
・Experience in construction management, construction management, and supervision/supervision, including architectural design and construction sites
・Experience in budget management in a corporate administrative department (managerial accounting work)

- Architect, construction management engineer, building equipment engineer, Japanese bookkeeper, FP, etc.
・General contractor/subcontractor/housing manufacturer/construction design firm/construction consultant, etc. welcome
