This position is responsible for designing and verifying in-vehicle software based on the requirement specifications presented by the client automakers.
During each phase of development, you will communicate directly with automakers to make technical adjustments and resolve issues. As a sub-leader of the project, you will also contribute to the team's progress management and quality improvement.

- Responsibilities
- In-vehicle software development
■Software design and verification work
・Detailed design: design specific implementation methods for each component
・Implementation: code software based on the design
・Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to verify software quality
・Integration: combine each component to make the system Operate as a whole
・Verify the functionality and performance of the entire system and confirm that the requirements are met.
■Assist project leader
・Customer relations, schedule management, progress management, outsourcing management, report writing
*After joining
, you will be responsible for software design, implementation, and testing, depending on your experience.
You will be responsible for software development of small changes within 3-5 months of joining the company.
*After 6 months to 1 year with the company
Once you have become accustomed to development work, you will be involved in technical discussions with customers and specification coordination. In the future, as a team leader, you will be responsible for code reviews and technical decision making, and furthermore, as a project manager, you will aim for a position to lead overall progress, quality, and technology.

- Requirements
- Experience in development and implementation of embedded software in C (approximate: 5+ years)
- Knowledge and working experience in microcontroller control

- Preferred
- -Experience in software development project management (approx. 3+ years)
-Knowledge of automotive industry (engine/transmission control, AUTOSAR)
-Knowledge of software engineering (A-SPICE, HIL)
-Knowledge of functional safety design (ISO 26262)
Knowledge of cyber security (ISO 21434)
・English language skills (TOEIC score around 500)
