The candidate will be responsible for planning Japan marketing plans and event planning and experience design, execution management, permanent base PDCA, and planning and execution of other measures to expand brand awareness, arouse interest, acquire and expand the fan base, and increase sales prospects.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Planning and PDCA of Japan Marketing Master Plan
    ・Planning and execution of marketing execution plan to expand brand awareness, arouse interest, acquire and expand fan base, and increase sales prospects.

    Event planning and management to expand brand awareness and create experiences
    ・Concept planning and planning and design of experiential events/exhibitions that embody the brand's worldview
    ・Direction to agencies and production companies, as well as planning progress management, quality and budget control (PMO)
    ・Collaboration with KOL and partner companies Event planning and execution
    ・Collaboration with CRM and post-event engagement measures using visitor data
    ・KPI design, effectiveness measurement, and improvement proposals

    Planning and operation of bases
    ・Planning of operation of new permanent bases
    ・Construction and improvement of customer contact operations such as test drives, vehicle delivery, customer service, and displays
    ・Design and visualization of response flow/KPI according to the experience stage of visitors and potential customers
    ・Continuous improvement of operational quality and service experience through collaboration with operation partners (outsourcing)

    Planning and execution of measures to expand awareness using digital
    ・Consideration and execution of measures to diffuse influencers using offline events
    ・Consideration of measures to diffuse awareness using SNS, LINE, and mail magazine, and engagement measures that lead to sales
  • Requirements
    Experience in marketing communication strategy planning
    ・Experience in event planning and operation in the BtoC domain (exhibitions/brand events/experiential events, etc.)
    ・Experience in planning and executing measures to expand awareness and attract customers by linking online/offline
    ・Projects utilizing agencies and production companies Management experience
    ・Exercise leadership and lead a team
    ・Coordination and promotion skills with internal and external parties
  • Preferred
    -Experience in launching and operational planning of permanent facilities/showrooms/experiential sites
    -Experience in PMO and integrated direction of multiple events/locations
    -Experience in designing marketing measures by utilizing customer data
    -Experience in experience design and spatial presentation in the brand/luxury domain
