We focus primarily on services for businesses, and support a wide range of applications such as employee transportation and logistics optimization.

As a professional in technology, products, and the provision of solutions using them, we are responsible for examining solutions to customer issues and implementing them. The successful candidate will work with the business development sales team from the pre-contract sales phase to determine how to solve the client's issues, and after the contract is signed, will accompany the client through the actual delivery of the solution and stable operation of the service.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Implementation consulting services before signing a contract
    ・Study solutions to customer issues
    ・Internal costing, implementation schedule planning, requirement definition
    ■Service delivery services from contract signing to stable operation
    ・Project management of service implementation
    ・On-site operation support and onboarding at the time of implementation
    ・Implementation Follow-up after completion until stable operation (several months)
    ・Preparation of implementation simulation/analysis report
  • Requirements
    At least 2 years of experience in project management
    ・Experience in involving internal and external stakeholders in projects
    ・Experience in enterprise business
    ・English proficiency (business level)
  • Preferred
    -Experience in solution sales
    -Experience working in a startup or venture company

    Tokyo
