Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Technical support over the phone regarding PLCs and other control equipment
    ・Hearing customer situations, organizing and resolving technical issues logically
    ・Sharing information and proposing improvements through collaboration with internal sales and technical departments
  • Requirements
    High communication skills in handling phone calls
    ・Ability to think logically to understand and explain the mechanism of control devices that combine functions to realize
  • Preferred
    -Experience using PLCs (design, maintenance, start-up, etc.)
    -Experience debugging control programs
    -Experience in equipment development and technical support in the factory automation industry
