Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Implement and supervise the preparation of the system for independent operation independent from the Group, and realize smooth operation through the introduction of new technical solutions.
    - Adapt and integrate FIS, SWIFT, and all bank formats and local banking interfaces to meet business and operational requirements.
    - Ensure compliance, security, and scalability in treasury IT solutions.
    Design and execution of data mapping, process workflows, and interface settings.
    - Quality assurance of treasury IT systems that meet all regulatory and functional requirements in independent operation.
    ・Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, solve technical issues, and achieve each milestone.
    ・Provide specialized knowledge and provide documentation to support activities from introduction to post-production operations.
    - Promote innovation in treasury IT integration by adopting industry best practices and the latest tools and technologies.
    - Fostering a collaborative environment and providing robust and future-proof treasury solutions.

    ・Lead the technical integration of Treasury IT systems to support the carve-out of Group Functions.
    ・Implement and oversee system readiness for the standalone operations, ensuring seamless operations through the implementation of new technical solutions.
    ・Align and integrate FIS, SWIFT, Zengin formats, and local bank interfaces to meet business and operational requirements.
    ・Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, security, and scalability in Treasury IT solutions.
    ・Design and execute data mapping, process workflows, and interface configurations to achieve smooth system integration.
    ・Ensure that all Treasury IT systems meet regulatory and functional standards for operations.
    ・Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and achieve milestones on time.
    ・Provide technical expertise and documentation to guide implementation and post-go-live activities.
    ・Drive innovation through the adoption of industry best practices, tools, and technologies for Treasury IT integration.
    ・Foster a collaborative environment to deliver robust and future-ready Treasury solutions.
  • Requirements
    - At least 5 years of experience
    in treasury IT - Expertise
    in FIS, SWIFT, Zengin formats, and various banking interfaces, Proven track record
    of operational readiness, including technical integration and compliance, - Excellent skills
    in workflow design, data mapping, and stakeholder collaboration Familiarity with regulatory requirements and the latest treasury IT tools

    Min of 5 years of experience in Treasury IT with expertise in FIS, SWIFT, Zengin formats, and local bank interfaces. Proven ability to manage implementation of new systems. Demonstrated experience operational readiness, including technical integration and compliance. Strong skills in workflow design, data mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and modern Treasury IT tools is essential.
