Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Operation center operations management and operational efficiency
    -Coordination of operations with stakeholders
    -Staff management
    -Hiring and training
    -KPI management
    -Reporting to site managers and management
  • Requirements
    -1+ years of experience in operations
    -Management of part-time, temporary and other work
    -Data management using Excel and similar tools
    -High communication skills
  • Preferred
    Experience in hiring and training
    ・Management of 30+ staff
    ・High knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce
    ・Automation of work efficiency using iPaaS
    ・Creation of tools using GAS/VBA etc.
