The counter for proposals and reports will be the client company's management, CIO, business managers, IT department heads, etc.
Planning and formulating the direction of client business and management reforms and measures for their materialization from the perspectives of organization, business processes, IT, and other factors. Participate in projects lasting six months to one year as a theme leader for large-scale projects or a project manager for small- to medium-scale projects, and co-create with the client, prepare, lead, and build consensus for study meetings, and prepare related documents and presentations.
In projects, the project manager will work jointly with the client's business and IT department managers.

2) Support from conceptual planning to execution

This is not just idealistic consulting or mere system implementation.
3) Development of new consulting services utilizing the latest IT and know-how
・Development of new consulting services based on the latest IT and know-how and a broad customer base to plan new consulting services and provide solutions to customer issues. Based on the latest IT and know-how and a broad customer base, you will gain experience in planning new consulting services to solve customers' issues and expand the NEC Group's business.

- Requirements
- (1) At least 5 years of work experience in production management, cost, procurement, sales, accounting, or business administration at a business company and experience in business reform projects
(2) Experience participating as a member in multiple projects at a consulting firm or think tank
* Experience in ERP or other system design, development, and testing (3) Experience in designing, developing and testing ERP and other systems
