You will contribute to strengthening the business portfolio of the Onsite Solutions Company with a view to sustainable growth of the business over the medium to long term.
You will work closely with key persons in each business division to promote important themes that should be addressed by the entire headquarters.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Formulate action plans for themes that are difficult for the business units in charge of current operations to complete on their own, and for focused themes (M&A, collaboration with other companies, etc.) that should be addressed as a company
    ・Reach out external consultants, research firms, financial institutions, etc., to develop a broad list of candidates for M&A, alliances, and collaborations
    ・Approach candidate companies, negotiate with them, and manage the project after it is finalized Project management after the deal is made, from approach and negotiation with the target candidates.
  • Requirements
    The candidate should have the ability to think logically, build consensus with others through discussions, and facilitate quick decision making.
    ・Experience in B2B business divisions as a leader in business promotion and business reform.
    ・Experience in managing company-wide projects from a PMO standpoint.
  • Preferred
    Experience in M&A and alliance/collaboration projects
    ・Minimum of 5 years of industry experience and 7 years of experience in the relevant job category
