Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Next-generation DRAM design and development *Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for one of the following.

    - Analog circuit design
    with sense amplifiers, reference voltage generation circuits, power/bias circuits,
    analog circuits around word lines/bitlines, PLL/DLL, circuit verification via SPICE simulation, etc

    . - Digital circuit design
    command/address control, timing control, test/debug circuit implementation, etc. RTL design / logic verification,
    STA, interface matching with other blocks, etc

    . - High-speed interface design
    , high-speed I/O, PHY (TX/RX, EQUALIZER, CDR, etc.), SI design, etc

    . - IP development
  • Requirements
    - Bachelor's degree or higher
    in electrical engineering or related fields - Over 5
    years of practical experience in IP development or IC design - Knowledge
    of digital and/or mixed-signal design - Experience
    using design and verification tools - Communication skills and collaboration skills to work smoothly in a global team environment
  • Preferred
    Language proficiency to perform work in Korean or English
