Business Operation Planning

We are a start-up company that introduces technology to an existing industry with a large market in Japan, and develops a platform business to support the efficiency and sophistication of after-sales service in the mobility field. We aim to transform the industry structure and create new value.
We are developing multiple businesses for individuals and corporations, all of which have completed their initial phases and are now in the phase of scaling up.
In addition to accelerating the growth of existing businesses, we are continuously working to launch new businesses.
In the medium to long term, we aim to establish a firm position in this area and grow to become a leading company in Asia.

This BizDev position is to promote business expansion by identifying bottlenecks in business growth and resolving structural issues in the mechanic spot work matching service business. This position will plan and implement service mechanisms and processes, while capturing the industry-wide challenges of reforming the way mechanics work, expanding the secondary job market, and optimizing the operations of maintenance shops to withstand fluctuations in demand.
